Curro nació y creció en Archez. El teniá 15 años
cuando, con su padre comenzó a construir la casa que se
convirtiria en más adelante en su hogar y en el restaurante "Venta
el Curro". |

Bea nació en Añatuya, Argentina, vino a
España en 2002 donde trabajó en diferentes restaurantes en el área
de Cómpeta.

Durante este tiempo, Bea y Curro se
conocieron y pronto se casaron. Decidíeron comenzar su propio
resturante en el bajo de su casa en Archez. Un tío de Bea que estaba
en Cómpeta les habló acerca del asado en cruz Argentino y Bea y
Curro viajaron a la Argentina para observar cómo se hacia la
carne a la cruz.

la especialidad de su restaurante!

Curro was born in grew up in Archez. He and his father started
building the house which later became his home and then resturant. |

Bea was born in Añatuya, Argentina, she came to Spain in 2002
where she worked in different restaurants in the Cómpeta area. |

Durring this time, they met and soon married. They also
decided to start their own resturant below their home in Archez. An
uncle of Bea who was in Cómpeta told her about the roasted Argentina Cross
style and together Bea and Curro traveled to Argentina to observe
how it was done.
This was going to be the specialty
for their own resturant!
